The list of ingredients are: 1 cup chopped tomatoes, ½ cup beans, ½ cup cabbage, 1.2 cup carrots, ½ cup onion, ½ cup chopped potatoes, 1tbsp cornflour, 1 tbsp butter, ½ tsp ginger paste, salt, pepper as well as sugar to taste.
Take the butter in a pot and heat it. Add the chopped onion and fry for few minutes. Meanwhile you can chop all the vegetables and add to the fried onions except tomatoes. Add ginger paste plus water and bring to boil. You need to cook till all the vegetables becomes soft and cooked. Cook for another 5-6 minutes after adding the chopped tomatoes. Mix the cornflour in ½ cup of water and mix to the soup mixture. Keep stirring it and boil for a minute. Add salt, sugar and pepper powder and again boil for 2 minutes.

You can also do some variations like; instead of water you can add vegetable broth, in place of butter you can put fresh cream.
