St. Patrick’s Day Leprechaun Cups
For St. Patrick’s Day, I wanted to make something festive: a green dessert, but without the food dye! I strive to eat naturally as often as possible, so I made a dessert that is vegan, and made green naturally. These leprechaun cups, inspired by chocolate peanut butter cups, are made with white chocolate, matcha green tea powder, fresh mint leaves, and pistachios. The outer layer is mint and green tea flavored, and the inside is made with maple syrup and matcha green tea powder. They are very simple to make, and only take 20 minutes to prepare and freeze.
