Soft & Chewy Gingersnap Cookies
I have made many different kinds of gingersnap cookies over the years and the best so far has been out of a cook book. These last few days I have been hunting for the best recipe for them and have been unlucky thus far. Not having a grandma to fall on for cooking tips and expertise has its dark days. I have been searching on the wide web for something almost anything until I found this recipe. This lady seemed to have a bit of the same problem but had a stroke of good luck. I decided to follow suit. The outcome make a wonderfully soft, chewy, and spicy cookie. The recipe has the mix amount of ginger and molasses down perfectly. Check out the recipe yourself here.
