Roasted Tomato Basil Soup Recipe
Sometimes you really just can’t beat a classic. Soups have a lot of good old fashion stand-bys. Roasted Tomato Basil Soup Recipe is another version of the classic tomato soup. This one roasts and simmers the sliced tomatoes into a thick soup paste. It is then thinned up with onions, basil and vegetable broth. The end result is still a really thick and heavy soup that is full of the Italian flavors. It is made into perfection and a new standard for tomato soup is made. There is the option for croutons but personally I prefer just to dig right into the creation. Check out the recipe here.
