Many of us don’t have big families to fend for. Actually, for me at least, all I have to worry about is food for myself and whatever friend decides to come over. So, when I make a meal it is usually lasting a couple of days. I typically just use the slow cooker to make it in and reheat for every meal. This article is amazing for reducing the portions for one to two people instead of feeding a family of five. If the recipe is too big and only half isn’t enough, try cutting those in half.
