Perfect Turkey Gravy Recipe
Growing up I remember how mom made the gravy out of the Thanksgiving turkey. She would boil the organs and use the boiled water from that as her gravy base. The same idea as the Perfect Turkey Gravy Recipe has for it’s base. You take the drippings or a can of stock and heat it up in a pan. You then add butter, flour and seasonings, after a lot of stirring you now have a nice thick gravy. It is really easy to make and doesn’t take too long. A bit of delicious fun would be to save bacon drippings and use that for the gravy base. Give it a try here.
