Healthy Cranberry Gingerbread Recipe
I was inspired to make a healthy holiday dessert, a healthier alternative to one of my favorite holiday treats: gingerbread! I made a healthy, guilt-free, cranberry gingerbread. This gingerbread is incredibly moist, and has a layer of cranberry in the middle, and cranberry on top, complete with candied ginger. It tastes very natural, with just the perfect amount of sweet. This is great as a dessert, or a special breakfast around the holidays.
