Gnocchi Mac and Cheese
Mac and Cheese needs another upgrade guys. Just ripping open a box into boiling water and adding a cheese powder isn’t cutting it for my adult life. That was kid’s play, this Gnocchi Mac and Cheese is the way to eat it now. The mini potatoes make the dish rich, creamy, and most of all filling. You truly don’t need a lot to get to that comfort full level. The cheese sauce is pretty good too and what makes the dish adult-ish. A mixture of cornstarch, vegetable or chicken stock, warmed olive oil and garlic seasonings is the main body of the recipe all of which is followed by the grated cheeses and cooked Gnocchi.
