When I was growing up, my mom would make something that we called runzas. They are little dough pockets of beef and cabbage that are baked. They were so good that we got excited every time we had them. This recipe for Garbage Bread reminds me of those childhood goodies. This version makes them more like bacon cheese burgers. It is stuffed with bacon, mayonnaise, beef, Velveeta and cheddar cheeses. It is so good you won’t eat another burger the same again. It is over the top savory and really easy to make.
