If you guys are anything like me, coffee is right next to breathing when surviving the morning rush. Just as important as coffee is however, so are the actual nutrients for a healthy day. This recipe brings up an interesting thought so I decided to share. Coffee Smoothie is a recipe for those that drink up in the morning, you might as well get all you need. Flax seed, honey, soy milk, and bananas are just a few of the ingredients to make your brewed coffee into a healthy caffeinated start to your day.
