This vegan chocolate cake recipe tastes very rich, smooth, and chocolatey…yet it has no refined sugar, no butter, no eggs, no cream – it’s mainly almond milk, bananas, and chocolate protein powder. The frosting on top is also packed with protein, and is the perfect consistency – it could fool any non-vegan! You can bake this cake in a loaf pan, and serve it as chocolate breakfast bread, or you can bake two pans of it and make a delicious vegan chocolate layer cake. This recipe is not only delicious and dairy-free, but is super easy to make, with most ingredients already being in your pantry.
