Baked Fish Made Simple
This is so simple, I can’t believe I couldn’t find it anywhere yet. I cook a lot of fish on the stove but never was brave enough to try the oven until now. The onion keeps the fish from drying out and gives a subtle mild flavor. Tilapia are the best for this but you ca have at it with any white fish. I really like lemon pepper but go ahead and use whatever fish seasoning you usually use. Fresh fish from a camping trip is good also, in fact this method is great for outdoors. Cover it in tin foil, cooked on the grill or beside the fire for 20 min, clean up is a snap because you just toss the foil. Check the recipe out here.
